The PRA's Firm Engagement Portal is intended to be used by PRA authorised firms or PRA approved bank holding companies to apply for CRR Permissions under The Capital Requirements Regulation (CRR); or section 144G or section 192XC of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (FSMA). This Portal replaces the 'Permissions (CRR firms): general application form'.

Before using the Portal, you may find it helpful to discuss your submission with your appropriate supervisory contact at the PRA. You must ensure you include all relevant information. If you do not, the consideration of your submission may be delayed while you answer further questions from us.
